While in Zambia our team was volunteering as birth attendants in a local hospital.

We were chatting with some of the midwives that were on night shift with us in the break room. We started chatting about Jesus because they were both Christian and I explained to them that we have bibles to give to the women. They started to ask me if they could have a Bible. Then I offered one Bible to the midwife that is not from the city but left her Bible in her village that is far from where she is staying now. She was so blessed by the bible she couldn't stop smiling. Then I asked her if I could pray for her and after I prayed we were both in tears. She was so blessed to have the Bible again and the Holy Spirit was ministering to her in the midst of the moment we had together. Praise God that Jesus meets us where we are at and knows our needs.
